Sage & Oak Therapy

Meghan has experience across a variety of mental health settings including hospitalization, residential treatment and therapeutic group home care. She has worked with children, adolescence and families navigating emotional and behavioral challenges. Her therapeutic approach is rooting in Child-Centered Play Therapy, creating a safe supportive and authentic environment where children can express themselves, build emotional regulation skills and process experience through play. She focuses on trauma and relationship-focused approaches that emphasizes connection, emotional safety and collaboration with caregivers to support growth both inside and outside the therapy space.
